Terms of Service
These Terms apply to MadnessRAN Online and its related account and support services operated under the UA Developments name. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. If parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before using the service. Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Player conduct
Do not cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit defects, steal accounts, commit fraud, impersonate others, harass or threaten players, or share another person's private information. These rules apply to names, chat, club information and other content you submit. Do not post unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.
Report problems through the in-game Report feature or email support@uadevelopments.com. Include a description and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, account PINs or security keys.
Game access and virtual items
Use the app and service for personal gameplay in accordance with these Terms. Game content, branding and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Virtual items and balances are used within the game and do not represent a bank deposit or an entitlement to cash. Availability, balancing and game features can change with updates.
Purchases and payment questions
Review the item, price and applicable purchase terms before confirming a payment. For a missing entitlement or refund question, contact support with the transaction reference and account username. Do not send payment-card details. Applicable payment-provider procedures and consumer rights continue to apply; these Terms do not remove rights granted by law.
Availability and account restrictions
Maintenance, updates and connection problems can interrupt access. An account may be restricted to address a breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or a security problem. Contact support to ask about an account action or request a review, and include the account username and relevant details.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how account, game and support information is handled. To request removal of your account and associated personal data, follow the account-deletion instructions. Requests are handled by support through email after ownership verification.
Deleting an account can permanently remove access to its characters, progress, inventory and balances. If the same account is used on PC and mobile, deletion affects that shared account. Support explains the scope before processing. Uninstalling the app or deleting one character is not account deletion.
